16. SMS Access Policy

Trackpayment is committed to protecting your privacy. As part of our service to help you manage your expenses and income, Trackpayment requires access to your SMS messages. Please note the following important points regarding this access:

Scope of Access:

Trackpayment only reads SMS messages that are related to bank transactions. This includes messages from banks that detail deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

Exclusions:

Trackpayment does not read or access personal messages, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), or any other SMS messages that are not related to bank transactions.

Purpose of Access:

The information from your bank transaction SMS messages is used exclusively to record and categorize your financial transactions. This allows Trackpayment to provide you with an accurate and user-friendly overview of your expenses and income.

Privacy Assurance:

We ensure that your SMS data is handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality. The data is not shared with any third parties and is only used to enhance your experience with Trackpayment.
